Personal Training

Fitness regimen designed  to meet your individuals goals and meet your individual needs.  Personal training sessions are supervised by a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Gym Memberships

Use of fitness facility at KAH for personal use.   Open to both physical therapy clients and the general public.

Kinesiotaping

Kinesiotape is an hypoallergenic elastic therapeutic tape designed to facilitate the body's natural healing while providing support and stability to muscles/joints without restricting range of motion and can assist with prolonging the effects of manual therapy administered in the clinical setting.  

Myofascial Cupping

The use of myofascial cups for skin/fascial decompression to help improve tissue mobility, improve movement and modulate discomfort.

Hypervolt

Percussion massage device that relieves muscle stiffness and  soreness, increases circulation and range of motion, and improves the  overall health of the body's soft tissue.  Can be used both during rehabilitation and during recovery post workout.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

IASTM is a manual therapy treatment technique that utilizes specially designed instruments to treat tissue dysfunction in muscle, tendon and/or ligaments and restore proper mobility and function to the affected site.
