Closed July 4th

KAH Physical Therapy & Fitness will be closed Monday, July 4th in observance of the Holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, July 5th at 8am.

Weekly Gym Classes Have Been Added!

We have added classes to our weekly schedule! Join us Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur at 8:30 am!

Classes are 30 minutes each and cost $5 per class. Class space is limited. You must sign up for classes in advance! All classes start promptly at 8:30am. Please arrive a few minutes early to stretch and be ready to work!

Mondays at 8:30am:
Total Body Class (Everyone)
30 minute workout using body weight, dumbbells and medicine balls. Focus is on functional moves for everyday life and toning muscle. No two workouts are the same to keep the muscles guessing.

Tuesdays at 8:30am:
Core Class (Everyone)
Focus is on strengthening the core using body weight, dumbbells and medicine balls. A strong core is essential for good posture and balance and helps prevent low back pain.

Wednesdays at 8:30am:
Total Body Class (Everyone)
30 minute workout using body weight, dumbbells and medicine balls. Focus is on functional moves for everyday life and toning muscle. No two workouts are the same to keep the muscles guessing.

Thursdays at 8:30am:
Interval Class (Everyone – More Advanced)
This class is quick paced to bring the heart rate up and down so as to maximize calorie burn. Still utilizing body weight, dumbbells and medicine balls. Class will move quickly between upper and lower body moves. Modifications are always recommended depending on an individuals ability. A great class to end the week with!
