Kimberly is the founder and president of KAH Premium Physical Therapy P.C. She has completed a Bachelors of Science in Health Studies at Boston University, 2005. Kimberly has also received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2008. Upon graduation from Stony Brook, Kimberly became a full time staff physical therapist at a manually based outpatient clinic. In January 2011, Kimberly began working with children with disabilities in the Long Island public school districts.
Currently, Kimberly is working in the pediatric and orthopedic physical therapy fields. She continues to sharpen her clinical expertise through continuing education courses in the manual therapy, orthopedic, pediatric, and sports related injury fields. Kimberly has also been a clinical instructor for interns from Stony Brook University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program to assist in teaching and training future physical therapists in the field.

 

Christopher Bahnken, PT, DPT

Christopher Bahnken PT, DPT has received his clinical doctorate in physical therapy from the School of Health, Technology and Management at Stony Brook University. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University. Christopher is our senior staff physical therapist and director of KAH.  He has also continued his professional education with a majority of courses from “The Institute of Physical Art.” Christopher has also been a clinical instructor for interns from Stony Brook University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program to assist in teaching and training future physical therapists in the field.

 

 

IMG_7503-3Thomas Sanders, PT, DPT

Thomas attended the State University of New York at Cortland, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Health Science in 2010. Thomas received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences in 2015. During his doctorate program, Thomas completed three clinical affiliations in outpatient orthopedic settings. He has completed a continuing education course in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and plans to take more classes in an effort to continue to build his manual therapy skills.
